I have been wearing hearing aides now for over twenty years and been going to Varsha Mathew at Agape Australia for the last 6 years.
She does not try to upsell or provide any additional services that are not needed, her prices are very competitive.
I have recommended Varsha to our friends that needed help with their hearing and they in turn are equally impressed and happy with the service provided.

It's not every day you find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care and dedication to their clients. The fact that she's been so reliable and attentive, especially with after-sales service, is a rare but incredibly valuable trait.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 40 yrs and I’ve yet to find a better audiologist than Varsha
This beautiful person actually really cares about how you feel with your aids and listens to what you say and what you want. She is always up to date with new technology and what she thinks is best for you
I am a tradesman and she knows how to cater for my difficult needs in a noisy environment
I have been going there for about 6/7 years now and find her prices are also the cheapest going around
This lady is that dedicated too her job and she quite often drops off aids at my front door step herself

Agape hearing was recommended to me by a friend...I'm so glad they did. Over several years I have been to no less than 5 other audiologists and was beginning to think that I would have to resolve myself to be content with what I had. Varsha conducted all her work with me on a highly professional basis, even picking up on a number of areas where there were opportunities for further optimisation. Notably, she incorporated my preferences into the customisation of my Oticon more devices to the point that I now want to wear my hearing aids, whereas before it was something I did with a degree of reluctance.
